Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the easiest mission in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your computer, or, alternatively rely on some 3rd–party software. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Admin Services package. We will make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never need to be afraid of losing critical info. And we can restore a backup very fast. All backups we make are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services package, which allows you to ask any of our senior tech support engineers to install any software app and to solve any trouble that you are having with the VPS server.
